If you wish, you can exercise in the Fitness room with its world-class cardio and weight equipment, reduce accumulated stress by taking advantage of the sauna or soothe your body in a steam bath, Villa M can answer to all your needs. Relax and enjoy!
Located on the same level at the back of the indoor lounge, the outdoor lounge is a place to enjoy an aperitif before lunch or dinner. A 3-metre window overlooks the inside of the pool, while through the French windows you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean.
Covering the entire roof of the villa, the Roof Top is a multifunctional area to enjoy all day long and at night. Guests can enjoy drinks or a quick bite on the deck area. Others can lounge on the grass admiring the outstanding panoramic view, from the charming village of Eze, to Cap Estel, Eze Harbour and the Cap Ferrat. For summer nights spent enjoying the beautiful vistas there is also to possibility to install a dining table on the rooftop if you just cannot get enough of it…
Guests of Villa M access the Pool House from the outdoor living area through an underground tunnel that opens up onto the main outdoor area on the top of the property.
A 3m long table allows guests to enjoys long lazy lunches and dinners by the pool, admiring the glazing stars of the Cote d’Azur at night.
The Pool House also comes with its fully equipped kitchen and its barbecue area.
Overlooking the villa on the top of the property, the swimming pool area offers all best in class facilities. The 12m long swimming pool is heated to 27 degrees (except in winter and weather permitting). And guests can enjoy the 300 days of sunshine a year of the Cote d’Azur laying down on the sun loungers and day beds of Villa M.
Our Gym Addict guests have not been forgotten. The fitness area comes fully equipped with a treadmill, a cross trainer and a bike as aerobic equipments. Dumbells and weight machines await those looking to lift iron.
The Spa area comes fully equipped with a luxury Sauna, a Steam Room and a tropical shower, relieving our guests from the stress of their daily lives.
