Villa M boasts five floors of uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea. Built to the highest possible standards, it offers the expanse of 400 square meters of internal space to accommodate your every need. Linger in bed or soak in a bath in the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, enjoy the open views from the sofa, watch the day go down overseeing the Cap Ferrat, take in a movie in the TV room, have a late breakfast in the open plan kitchen area, run and lift a few weights in the fitness area before relaxing in the spa.

Spaces
Located on the highest floor of the villa, the main indoor living room enjoys a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The world-famous shape of Cap Ferrat can be seen in the distance through a specially designed corner window.
Guests of Villa M will enjoy its lounge throughout the year. The windows rise from floor to ceiling and open onto a terrace offering an open and bright room.
Situated between the living room and the kitchen, the dining area can can easily accommodate up to 12 people in a seated format, thanks to its B&B dining tabe extendable to 3.2m.
The house is equipped with all the necessary luxury tableware and cutlery as well as glassware in order to allow you to entertain in style.
Situated on the 2nd floor at the same level as the family bedroom, the family room has been fitted with a 60-inch TV, the latest video and sound systems and a game console, allowing children and adults to be entertained all day long. It enjoys its own independent small kitchen for last minute cravings.

the VIP Bedroom has nothing to envy from the Master bedroom. Extending over 50 square meters, with its own walk-in closet, beautiful ensuite bathroom and its designer furnitures, its offers the perfect cocoon for guests or close relatives.
Both bedrooms enjoy private access to an immense terrace with their own outdoor daybeds for private lounging, offering beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea.
All rooms are equipped with iPads which control electrical devices, the latest videos and Hi-Fi located in the rooms and the whole house. The temperature of the rooms is managed by an integrated air conditioner and a heated floor.
